Linda, I know your request is old, but I'm sure you are not the only one with this question. I met with representatives of a local elementary school to find out how they got their SES - turns out a parent had donated 2 systems, which the teachers absolutely loved; 4 years later, the school now has19 SES. So in this case, they followed the lead of the first 2 SES and continued with that supplier. My district, a very large one, formed a committee to present a call for bids, then will evaluate the bid submissions, and plan to select one company to represent the whole district, which would simplify things when it comes to billing and requesting service assistance, etc. That is a better plan than a patchwork of different SES companies through out the district. Are there any other schools in your district interested? Perhaps can work with the education service center? All in all, I think the SES providers are pretty standard in terms of service and quality. You will need to determine what things you are looking for, and get estimates from 2 or 3 companies. Perhaps proximity to your area might be helpful? Just check around and see if any schools or districts nearby are using the SES - you can check with them and see how they feel about their provider. Hope this helps. Anyone else out there that can share how they chose their SES provider? Jeanne
